Refund Policy

Our terms for refunds on digital products

All GoodFeelings products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. Please read the conditions below carefully.

1. Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Product Not Delivered — If you completed payment but did not receive your license key due to a system error on our end
  • Duplicate Purchase — If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product
  • Major Service Outage — If the product was non-functional for the majority of your license duration due to an issue on our side (not caused by a game update)
  • Wrong Product — If you were issued a key for a different product than what was purchased, and a replacement cannot be provided

2. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Key Already Activated — Once a license key has been activated and bound to a device, it is considered used
  • Game Updates — If a game receives an update that temporarily makes the product incompatible, this is not grounds for a refund. We work to update our products as quickly as possible
  • Change of Mind — Deciding you no longer want the product after purchase
  • Account Ban — If your license was revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Device Change — License keys are permanently bound to a single device. Switching devices does not qualify for a refund
  • Third-Party Actions — Consequences from game publishers or platform providers as a result of using our products
  • Expired Keys — Requests submitted after the license key has already expired

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

Open a Support Ticket

Join our Discord server and open a support ticket through the ticket system.

Provide Details

Include your Discord username, license key, PayPal transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue.

Wait for Review

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

4. Refund Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • Approved refunds are processed via PayPal to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Upon refund approval, the associated license key will be immediately revoked

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us will result in:

  • Immediate ban from all GoodFeelings services
  • Revocation of all active license keys
  • Permanent blacklist from future purchases

We strongly encourage you to reach out through our support channel first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
