By accessing or using GoodFeelings services, including our website at goodfeelings.cc, our Discord community, and any associated tools or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid Discord account for authentication and community access
• Provide accurate information during registration and payment
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately through our Discord support.

When you purchase a product from GoodFeelings, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license key to use the associated software for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Key Terms:

• Device Binding — Each license key is permanently bound to a single device upon first activation. Once linked, the key cannot be transferred to another device.
• Duration — License keys are available in daily, weekly, and monthly durations. The key expires automatically at the end of the purchased period.
• Single Use — Each key may only be activated and used on one device at a time. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your key to others is strictly prohibited.
• Game Updates — When a game receives an update, our products may temporarily become unavailable until we release a compatible version. This is not grounds for a refund.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any GoodFeelings software
• Share, resell, or redistribute license keys or any GoodFeelings products
• Use our services with tools designed to tamper with, bypass, or interfere with our security systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or abuse promotions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members of our community
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our website, API, or authentication systems
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with our services without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license, account ban, and forfeiture of any remaining subscription time without refund.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• Product functionality may be affected by third-party game updates, platform changes, or other factors outside our control
• We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to game account actions taken by game publishers
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoodFeelings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized use
• Tampering with security or integrity verification systems
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith

Upon termination, your license keys will be revoked and you will lose access to all associated services. You may appeal a ban through our Discord ticket system.
