Key Shows "Invalid"
- Copy the key directly from the Discord DM (don't type it manually)
- Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the key
- Check the correct format:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Key Shows "Expired"
Check the key status in User Panel → Keys. If expired, purchase a new key.
Key Shows "Wrong Device"
The key only works on the device linked to your account. Check User Panel → Devices to verify.
"Network Error" During Activation
- Check your internet connection
- The server might be down — check the Status page on the website
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular
Key Was Banned
If your key shows "Banned", create an Appeal ticket in Discord to contest it.
