Profile Won't Install
- Open the enrollment link in Safari (not Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management to complete installation
- If there's an existing GoodFeelings profile, remove it first and try again
Device Not Appearing After Enrollment
- Wait a few seconds and refresh the Devices page
- Check your device's Settings for the configuration profile
- Try the enrollment process again
"No Linked Device" When Buying
The Discord bot checks for a linked device before purchases. Complete device enrollment on the website first, then create a new Product ticket.
Linked Wrong Device
⚠️ Device binding is permanent. If you linked the wrong device, open a Support ticket in Discord. Device changes are handled case-by-case.
