These Terms of Use govern your use of the GoodFeelings™ services. By using our services, you accept these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not register or use the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and any subsequent updates or modifications.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

a. Malicious Activity and Exploitation: Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, modify, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including but not limited to payments, servers, websites, products, systems, or any undisclosed internal or external mechanisms, is strictly prohibited. Such actions will be considered malicious, may threaten the integrity, services, or security of our platform, and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, denial of service, and potential legal action.

b. No License Sharing: Users may not share, distribute, or sublicense their access to the Service with others. Each account is intended for individual use only and is non-transferable.

c. Ban Evasion: Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or evade any bans or suspensions issued by our system or staff is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, creating new accounts after a ban, using alternate identities, or employing third-party tools to regain access. Violating this rule is considered a serious breach of our Terms of Use and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

d. Use of Unauthorized Third-Party Tools: The use of any third-party tools, services, or software in conjunction with our Service is not supported. If such tools interfere with, disrupt, or otherwise negatively affect our platform, their use may be deemed malicious. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, which may include service suspension, account termination, or legal recourse.

Termination of Services

a. Discontinuation of Services: We reserve the right to discontinue providing our services to any user for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, disruptive behavior, or other actions deemed harmful to our Service or other users.

Account Security

a. Suspected Account Compromise: If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your account has been compromised, we reserve the right to take necessary actions to protect the integrity of the Service and its users. This may include temporarily suspending or permanently locking your account. We take these measures to ensure the safety and protection of our users.

Account Sharing

Your account is intended solely for your personal use. Sharing account access with others, transferring login credentials, or allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent account closure and the forfeiture of all associated benefits.

Refund Policy

All purchases of paid products are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made and digital benefits are delivered, you are not entitled to a full or partial refund, regardless of the reason. This applies, among other cases, when:

• You are dissatisfied with the service
• Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of the terms
• You decide to stop using the service
• The product does not perform as expected

Payment grants immediate access to digital privileges that are delivered at the time of purchase.

No Guarantee of Future Content

The purchase of paid products applies only to the content available at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee that additional features, updates, or new content will be made available in the future. The purchase does not entitle you to demand future features or content that were not available at the time of payment.

Nature of Purchase

Payment for paid products constitutes the purchase of access to a specific product at the time of payment. Each product has its own price and is purchased separately. A purchased product may be removed, cease to function, no longer be maintained, or may not work as expected due to system updates, game changes, or other external factors. We do not guarantee the continued operation or availability of purchased products in the future.

Community Guidelines

As a user of paid products, you remain fully subject to all community guidelines and terms of use of the service. Ownership of a paid product does not exempt you from complying with community rules nor grant additional permission to violate them.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodFeelings™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. You use the services at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software available on the GoodFeelings™ website are the property of GoodFeelings™ or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content without explicit written consent is prohibited.
