Sideloadly Shows an Error
- "Provision.cpp:81" — Enable Developer Mode: Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode
- "Max apps reached" — Free Apple IDs allow max 3 sideloaded apps. Remove one first
- Apple ID / password error — If you have 2FA, generate an app-specific password at appleid.apple.com
App Shows "Unable to Verify"
- Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management
- Tap your Apple ID under "Developer App"
- Tap "Trust"
- Make sure you have internet while trusting
App Expired (7-Day Limit)
Free Apple IDs need re-signing every 7 days:
- Connect your device to your computer
- Open Sideloadly or AltServer
- Re-sign the app
Tip: Keep your sideloading tool (Sideloadly, AltStore) running weekly to re-sign your app before the 7-day expiry.
Developer Mode Not Available
On iOS 16+, Developer Mode is required. To enable:
- Settings → Privacy & Security
- Scroll down → Developer Mode
- Toggle on and restart
If you don't see the option, try sideloading any app first — the option appears after the first attempt.
