PayPal Payment Not Going Through
- Check you have sufficient funds / a valid payment method in PayPal
- Make sure your PayPal account is verified
- Try a different payment method within PayPal (card vs. balance)
Paid But Didn't Receive Key
The bot checks for payment every 10 seconds for up to 10 minutes. If payment was confirmed but you didn't get a key:
- Wait 2-3 minutes — there can be a short processing delay
- Check your Discord DMs from the bot
- Check User Panel → Keys on the website
- If still nothing, open a Support ticket in Discord with your PayPal transaction ID
Payment Timed Out
If you didn't complete PayPal within 10 minutes, the order expires. You won't be charged. Simply create a new ticket and try again.
Refunds
For refund requests, open a Support ticket in Discord. Include your order number and reason for the request.
