Viewing Your Device
Go to User Panel → Devices to see:
- Device name and model
- Device fingerprint (HWID/UDID)
- Enrollment date
- Status
Can I Change My Device?
No. Device binding is permanent. If you linked the wrong device or got a new phone, open a Support ticket in Discord — this is the only way to request a device change (not guaranteed).
Why Is My Device Not Showing?
- Make sure you completed the enrollment in Safari (not Chrome)
- Check Settings → General → VPN & Device Management for pending profiles
- Refresh the Devices page
- Try enrolling again if it didn't complete
