Managing Your Linked Device

View your linked device and understand device binding.

Viewing Your Device

Go to User Panel → Devices to see:

  • Device name and model
  • Device fingerprint (HWID/UDID)
  • Enrollment date
  • Status

Can I Change My Device?

No. Device binding is permanent. If you linked the wrong device or got a new phone, open a Support ticket in Discord — this is the only way to request a device change (not guaranteed).

Why Is My Device Not Showing?

  • Make sure you completed the enrollment in Safari (not Chrome)
  • Check Settings → General → VPN & Device Management for pending profiles
  • Refresh the Devices page
  • Try enrolling again if it didn't complete
