  2. Click the 🎫・create-ticket channel
  3. Click "Support"
  4. Describe your issue in detail
  5. A moderator will respond

What to Include

  • Your GoodFeelings username
  • Product you're having issues with
  • Device model and iOS version
  • Screenshots or error messages
  • Steps you've already tried

Tips

  • Support is handled by volunteers — be patient
  • Don't open multiple tickets for the same issue
  • The more detail you provide, the faster you'll get help
