Ticket Types

How to Create a Ticket
- Go to the 🎟 ・SUPPORT category
- Click the 🎫・create-ticket channel
- Click the button for the ticket type you need
- A private channel is created for you and moderators
- Follow the bot's prompts
Rules
- Max 3 open tickets at a time
- Tickets auto-close after 5 minutes of inactivity
- Be ready to respond when creating a Product ticket
